1. How It Works: Crafting & Delivery
Unlike mass-produced toys, every blind box is a unique piece of art, custom-made to capture your memories. We prioritize quality over speed to ensure your figure is perfect.

Total Turnaround Time = Crafting Time + Shipping Time

Step 1: Crafting Time (10-15 Business Days)
Creating a personalized 3D figure is a multi-step artisanal process. Once you approve your design at checkout, our artists and technicians begin the work:
  • Custom 3D Modeling: Your photo is lovingly transformed into a chibi character, full of charm and personality.
  • High-Precision UV Resin Printing: Layer by layer, your figurine takes shape — durable, vibrant, and built to last.
  • Hand-Painted Details: Every blush, sparkle, and smile is added by hand — because love lives in the details.
  • Final Quality Check: We inspect every angle, ensuring your figurine is perfect before it leaves our studio.
(Note: Good things take time. We don’t rush magic — and we never will.)

Step 2: Shipping Time (7-15 Business Days)
Once your Chibi Me passes our final inspection, it’s gently wrapped in protective packaging (like a secret worth keeping) and handed to our trusted global partners.
We ship worldwide — whether you're sending love across town or across oceans, we make sure it arrives safely.

📌Total turnaround time is approximately 30 business days.
We recommend placing your order at least 35‑40 business days in advance to allow sufficient lead‑time for production and delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Global Delivery
We are proud to deliver customized memories to customers worldwide. Whether you are gifting to a friend next door or family across the ocean, we ensure your blind box arrives safely.

  • The "Estimated Shipping Time" refers to the time in transit after the product leaves our facility (excluding production time).

  • During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day), delivery carriers may experience slight delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
  • Please open the email and click the "Track Your Order" button inside. It will take you to your personal order-status page with live shipping updates.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information after you receive the email.
4. Customs & Duties
  • USA & Australia: Typically, no customs duties are charged for standard personal orders.
  • International (EU/UK/CA/Others): While rare for small packages, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address.We cannot change the address once the package is in transit.
